As far as talent he's already top 10. His only real flaw is his D. That's where you have Hakeem and Duncan over him because they were GOATed on both ends for big men.

But if he can keep stacking hardware, it's impossible to argue against him.

Bryant Reeves had a similar playstyle to Joker & even gave Shaq problems. Joker is the ultimate God version of Reeves. Joker would absolutely cook the same way in the 90s as he is now.

:mjlol:NO HE DIDNT.

SHAQ JUST DIDNT LIKE
PLAYING THEM BECAUSE
REEVES GOT FREE JUMP SHOTS
WHEN SHAQ WAS HELPING
ON A GUARD.

Don't jinx him after 1 game now.

If they win the series/go on to win the title, then sure he's probably validated ahead of someone like Hakeem, if not already... but ppl were on the same koolaid last post-season and Minnesota got them outta there.

For the record, he's a top 10 talent (or right there), but obviously that's a bit different from having a top 10 resume... and it's not easy stacking championships if you don't have a super team.

Far as I’m concerned, MJ, Bron, & Jokic are the 3 greatest players to touch a basketball.

I get it about Jokic’s defense, but this man is so transcendent on offense it’s insane. I legitimately think he could drag 4 other competent starting rookies on his team to the playoffs regardless of seed.
Competent rookies would probably be an upgrade over the team he dragged to the 6 seed in 2022. Most of that rotation wasn’t even in the league a year later.

You can't be a top 10 with one championship.

Wilt broke so many damn records and was one of the strongest athletes ever. He's got two championships and many people rank hin outside of top 5.

Also Curry has worked his way up to the top 10 discussions.

MJ
Bron
Kareem
Bill Russell
Magic
Wilt
Shaq
Kobe
Duncan
Bird
Curry

Already more than 10 I just mentioned.

These discussions should be left until his prime is nearing its end or over.

What I will say is though, TheColi has had it hard over the last decade - Bron, Steph and Jokic have been the three main players this board has opposed and all three have certified themselves as GOATs. Whomever y'all hate on next will be destined for greatness too.

Mike Bron Cap Magic Tim Shaq Kobe Bird Wilt Russell. Hurts me to always have to leave Dream off but I'll give the two old timers their respect. Steph is number 12. Joker has an argument NOW for inclusion into the top 10 but I'll let him cook for another couple of seasons before I put him over Wilt or Bill. But resume wise he will and does have as strong as case as anyone else. Can't forget about Moses too who has a top 10 ish resume too. Only one ring hurts him though which is why I will hold off on Joker since he's in the same category as of now.

the best players to ever touch a basketball tbh. i dont give a shyt about championships which are a team accomplishment.

only player in the nba since 1984 with zero all stars and all nba teammates in their first 10 years of their career. the average for an MVP in their first 10 years to play with an all star/all nba is 16 teammates.

Jamal Murray is all star level, he just saves it for the playoffs or is hurt :comeon: and Jokic has NEVER made it past the second round without him:comeon:
