He's better and got way more upside than Landry Muthafukking Jones 
I don't even think Kizer is that good. His athletic charts are lower than Matt Ryan and he's not even close to Blaine Gabbert much less Cam Newton.
He completed less than 60% of his passes. I ain't buying his Kool Aid.
Dobbs is in the right situation, he should play in about 4 games this year. No offense to Jones but Dobbs is just a better QB.

Good situation for him. He has some things to work on obviously like any other rookie QB in this draft but the upside is there. We know what we have in Landry Jones. He plays scared and just isn't that good.
But back to Dobbs, should he beat out Jones for the backup spot, there is a good chance he sees some time this season since all the hits Ben has taken have caught up to him. If he proves to be even better than backup material then that's

Dobbs and Kizer in the same division
God I'm gonna enjoy watching Dobbs go to Cleveland and kick that teams ass on the regular every year.
That way they'll be reminded how idiotic they were for taking Kizer over him.
