Listening to podcasts don't get anything done and builds nothing for anyone except the podcaster. It's all a hustle to occupy your time, which takes away your time to do or build something meaningful for yourself.

Folks will spend their time listening to podcasts, coming on places like this to type up shyt about what they heard on these episodes podcasts. Then because they haven't done shyt will go back to listening to more podcasts looking for more answers. Meanwhile giving the podcaster what they want - more people to tune in. You're building the podcaster's dream, not yours.

At the end of the day, you're going to have to grind and level up yourself. No one is going to do it for you, no matter how many people you listen to.

Everything else will take care of itself after that.
