Its sad to see NY area NBA teams sucking hard and being completely irrevelant in NY Sports scene.
Any big league NY team winning championships is always a HUGE story, headlines and big time coverage at national level guaranteed.
And if they dont have more fans than Boston, LA,Chicago etc...doesnt matter because Knicks play in NYC, the biggest market in North America. Plz they are revelant and considered big market simply because they play at MSG, probably the most famous sports facility in the world.
