It's either almond or soy milk or nothing cus milk will smooth take my ass out. I have and will continue to send a coffee drink back the moment I realize milk has hit my tongue instead of soy or almond . I can only fukk with a select few milkshakes. The only ice cream I can fukk with is the ice cream made from Homeland Creamery which is a local dairy farm in NC. Their shyt is so gat damn fire brehs . And it doesn't bother my stomach one bit.

Most black people of West African descent/ancestry didn't need to adapt in order to tolerate lactose becuase it wasn't ever apart of our diets.
And cows didn't become domesticated on the west side of Africa until Eastern Africans started migrating.
Eastern Africans on the other hand tend to be lactose tolerant because cows milk was apart of their diet so the mutation for lactase persistence developed.
Now spread that fact over the African diaspora in the America's and that would explain why we can't tolerate lactose.
And for those of us who can tolerate lactose who are the descendants of displaced Africans we most likely acquired that ability through miscegenation and intermixing with cacs because they can tolerate lactose.​
