:dead:A 38PT HIGHLIGHT REEL
WHEN YOU WERE DOWN 30PTS
FOR THE WHOLE GAME IS NASTY

IS THIS SCENARIO HOW HE ACCUMULATED
MOST OF HIS STATS THIS SEASON?

This is how all the Hornets players accumulate their stats. They're a garbage team.

The point that's been illustrated here is that he has an ideal skillset to pair with Luka/Bron because of how much of a threat he is around the rim. He's not someone that's going to move the needle on the team, all by himself. He's a complementary player which is a need for this Lakers squad who just lost their main big.

Put it this way, the Lakers just traded for a guy that their last Center, AD, cooked for 40/20 in his last full game as a Laker.

Defense isn't the strongest suit. Now you want Jokic, Sabonis, or all those athletic frontcourts in Houston and Memphis on that? Cool, have fun
"Not his strongest suit" is giving him too much credit, he's flat out been horrible on that side this season - and I don't think it's effort or IQ, he just can't move like he used to as a rookie before the injuries.

If the goal is to outscore teams 140-130 then he's a good acquisition, he's a P&R demon that will flourish with Luka/LeBron.

If you're LaMelo, do you ask for a trade.

You've been on this team since 2020 and they've yet to make any strides.
