They'll be alright as long as they realize that Kobe's best years are long gone.
They can't be afraid to transition to younger players because they don't want to hurt his ego...or worse "taint his legacy" (always a BS line when talking about great athletes).
The man has done enough for the organization and he's been paid well.
But they're in no position to seriously contend for a title.
Sell off what you can and see if you can put yourself in a good position in 2 or 3 years.
