A large part comes down to black women's love for dealing with criminals. Then followed by bw unfortunately being victims of crimes such as random robberies and stray bullets due to living in high crime areas.

A guy at the job's sister and her daughter were killed by her boyfriend in a murder/suicide. He wasn't a thug or criminal, just a poorly-raised, weak, and cowardly man. I've got homegirls who were in abusive relationships with guys who made great money while working in an air conditioned office every day.
Boys like that come in all shapes, sizes, and socioeconomic levels. DV is not reserved for the poor pookies and thugs of our community. Any woman will tell you so.

I used to worked with a dude that blew his girlfriend's face away and I kinda knew another guy (friend of a friend) that killed his girl and then killed himself in a murder/suicide.
Knew this woman whose friend was killed by an ex that kept stalking her
