Her bytchass daddy was literally gonna kill an innocent little girl
The little girl is the vaccine, she clearly has the antibodies that can then be redesigned in a lab. If I'm there, she's dying quicker than a sacrificial lamb, why do you think they keep her bite a secret? More like fukk Joel for being selfish. He could have saved millions (probably only thousands now).

Ellie was pissed at Joel for not allowing her to make the decision on her own. Some people ask "well she's awake now, she knows everything, why not go back and sacrifice?" oh that's right, Joel bytch ass killed the only known scientist in a 5 state radius. #TeamAbby.

She was “potentially” the vaccine or a stepping stone leading to one. There was no guarantee anything would have come out of their research, even though she was “like nothing they’d ever seen before”.

I understand both the fireflies and Joel’s reasoning. They’re human, and we don’t know what people are going to do under pressure, until they’re actually under pressure. I’m glad they left it up the gamer/viewer to decide if he’s a hero or villian. Joel was a hero to himself and a bunch of the people controlling him, while an idiot and villian to others.

It's just not believable that 2 small, young women are going to be able to take on an entire militarized squadron of people.
Won’t need to. WLF and Seraphites will likely have a big ass war. Would just need to squeeze between them and kill who they need to kill.

It's just not believable that 2 small, young women are going to be able to take on an entire militarized squadron of people. In real life, it would be lights out for Dina & Ellie lol.

Dina implied that Jesse must be playing for the other team :dame:

That's a shame because Dina is fine af. Jesse, you fukking b@stard :pacspit: :mjcry:

Some people will be mad at Tommy for not going along with Ellie (at least for now), but it makes sense. He and Joel had a falling out over the exact same behavior that led Joel to be tracked down and killed :francis:

They’re not going to wage war with the entire WLF, they’re going for Abby. The plan is to infiltrate, find Abby, kill her and maybe the other three that were there and were complicit in Joel’s death, and bounce.

Also I have no idea why you think Dina was implying Jessie was gay. She was basically saying dude is depressed and was trying to figure out of thats just how he is or if he’s unhappy with HER. Doesn’t mean he’s gay just means their all stuck in a fukked up situation and its hard to tell what emotions are culled from the hopelessness of it all or not.

Tommy not going after Joel’s killers makes sense as he’s a father now, and being a father and husband means that his responsibilities lay more with his family than seeking revenge. Like he told Ellie, he’d do it in a heartbeat to save Joel’s life, but going off on a dangerous, unsanctioned quest for vengeance, leaving his wife and young son behind, three months AFTER he risked losing them to a hoard of infected, is another matter entirely.

in addition to the above post - projecting realism into surreal settings hardly ever works out. so "two small young women taking on xyz is not believable. in real life" - brother, this is a setting with zombies that communicate through tendrils growing in sewage pipes.

Ellie is - by all intents and purposes - a combat vet. a lot of them WLF "soldiers" are glorified Neighborhood Watch

Can you honestly explain your obsession with this franchise? You said you didn’t like the games, so why are you in this thread every week complaining? You honestly have no one other thing you can do on a sunday night but to hate watch a show from a game you hate watched on YouTube 5 years ago? :dahell:

Walk with me man…

can you honestly explain why you and others can’t take constructive criticism on this franchise?

I don’t hate watch the show.
I actually thought season one was pretty good … especially the way they incorporated the open to each episode with giving a backstory on it. I thought it was clever and even brilliant at times

I even gave a 10 out of a 10 to episode one and the episode with Henry and Sam

my only issue with this franchise it’s about how this so-called world handled thus pandemic/outbreak & most importantly, the result of a 13 year old girl being sacrifice for a cure/vaccine that wasn’t 100% guaranteed

Hmm, you could be right. We'll see.

Tommy not going after Joel’s killers makes sense as he’s a father now, and being a father and husband means that his responsibilities lay more with his family than seeking revenge. Yeah, that's part of it, but the main reason is because he recognizes the same traits in Ellie that he saw in Joel. That's literally what he said to Gail. Tommy thinks that Ellie was influenced too much by Joel and is following the same dark path.

all I did was ask if the person was black !

If the poster said she was Blasian,
I would’ve been like

Oh, OK :manny: and not even responded

After that great episode last week , this one was...pretty terrible :dead:

Bella back to being unbelievable and you can hear her fukk up her accent often.

Tommy turning into gahndi

its more but meh, don't want to dwell on it too much. next week ep should be better as there will be some actual action :ehh: And I'm not someone who needs action per se but this show does not have a actor/char any more capable of carrying drama, so just give me more zombies and fades

Wow, it's a fictional TV show. I didn't know that. Thanks for telling me :ohhh:

Anyway, certain things, even in a fictional world, can still be less believable. It's called verisimilitude. Also, that statement was meant to be more of a minor throwaway.
