I still remember how DEVASTATED Mo Williams was when LBJ came down to SoBe. It was like his Golden Ticket to the ECF was stolen. The impact LBJ has not just physically, but psychology on a team can't be replicated. Am I the only one who remembers how sad and distraught Mo was?

But in all seriousness. I want you to understand what I'm saying.

LeBron is not here today in the Finals without the team around him. Without his coaching staff...without a GM that pieced this roster together judicially....without an owner that is willing to pay the luxury tax for years beyond this season.

He is the central cog that makes it work.

But the myth that he got this far on his own is ridiculous.
i disagree

LeBron/Tyronn Lue are de-facto coaching the team

it's a testament to LeBron's greatness that the Cavs made the finals with Blatt officially being Head Coach

Act like those Miami and Cleveland rosters didn't add 6-7 new and infinitely more talented guys along with Lebron

Nope, it was all Lebron
I don't care what his stats say, this guy has made it through 4 now 5 finals in the weak ass eastern conference, he is ALWAYS teamed up with atleast 2 other all stars, and its not like he was traded to these teams, he hand picks these teams whch just so happen to be on the east.. and as soon as things get tough and its time to rebuild, he leaves.. Not one of his great team s been built around him, he has always been a part of a new group of allstars. But we all know people are just gonna dig up a bunch of padded stats and say that means hes great

Haven't read the thread but even as a former LeBron "hater" i have to :salute: dude. If he brings a 'chip to this city in year 1, that will no doubt be one of the greatest accomplishments ive ever seen in my life. Especially seeing where Miami is at right now without him. How anyone can deny his effect is beyond me. Behind Jordan i would have to say he's the greatest ive ever seen. I cant even deny it anymore. Im not a "fan" per se, but i recognize greatness.
