I like LeBron but I'm not sure about his talents fitting with what we got going here in Laker Land :yeshrug:

:duck: they were a bunch of role players on bad teams, this is who they are.
Lets take Love in Minny. Look at the amount of elbow touches he had there compared to here. Look at Hood before and after the trade. I expected his numbers to take a slight dip but he's fallen off the face of the earth. There's some other examples as well:francis:

Hood was going around 4-11, 5-12 on average for the Jazz. Averaged 2 assists and 3 rebounds.

That's just bad basketball no matter how you slice it.

Catering the offense to make Hood more comfortable is not going to save the Cavs

Now he was shooting 38% from 3, I believe the Cavs thought he would be serviceable their, but unlike JR who can come in and score cold, Hood needs to get his shots up and he's just not efficient enough a scorer to have on the floor. If he defended and rebound like that crackhead Green that'd be a different story

I also wonder how much a fan LeBron is of Embiid's personality.. some people like Skip Bayless say 'he could become the best player in the NBA' but those people need clicks to eat and ignore the key thing you already mentioned: injury prone. Simmons has potential but not when it matters (which is fine for a young player) but LeBron wants to catch up to MJ, not be MJ on the Wizards.

LeBron in motion and not too many ISO could be very interesting. I always felt like they had a way better system for LeBron to fit in in Miami with Spoel vs what they're doing in Cleveland, it's pure ISO basketball and high pick and rolls (thanks to his amazing passing it works sometimes).. not optimal

Wade was an elite playmaker with underrated passing abilities
