Just saw the ppv thing, see it was posted already. Good for them to give another option to the fans. Let's see how that turns out far as any buys.
Far as the start time, not a big deal to me. Better for the European fans, and it does give fans of both the chance to catch them both thru out the day or most of it. Interesting that they chose 39.99 since i think that's the espn price. Plus they have only 9 or 10 ppv a year so not like they gotta pay 12 like espn. Of course not including Max. I do know plenty of people were looking to cancel peacock since i guess wrestling fans don't watch other content on there or in general. Not sure what either platforms numbers are for viewers on wrestling, of course peacock had them included in subscription price.
Maybe one day AEW will be free but think that the extra revenue is too much to pass up for them. Maybe they can put one ppv for free a year to help draw eyes to the product. See what other streaming services they can partner with.
