Not mad at Mercedes taking a break, She deserves it.
They should have found a way to get that TBS title off of her before the match with Toni whether that be her giving it up or dropping it in a threeway or something.
Problem is now exactly what I thought it would be after her losing, All those belts she has means nothing if she couldn't win the top one.

lot of possible contenders, who could be the right one tho? also wonder if she loses the TBS title first or last. maybe at All Out or Full Gear? not sure about winning main title by end of year. Maybe Revolution would be better. Like have her lose TBS title at Full Gear and go on a downward spiral and build her up after World's End back to the top as a challenger to the world title. don't know what her title run would be like tho or what impact she may have if any.

I don't see an issue with Mercedes holding the TBS title, it doesn't "mean nothing" she has like a dozen successful title defenses. The story was clear, she was built up as an unbeatable threat collecting belt after belt until she arrived at the biggest prize......and she fell short.
That's why so many people (and you can look at the posts from people like one deep) were convinced she was going over Toni. She looked like she was going to continue winning and escaping.
It's better for her character and the women's division as a whole that Mercedes has now experienced some adversity. This is called story telling.
