When I heard they were going to end the orca show me and my wife immediately planned a trip before it went away. In the future I'm going to be able to tell my grandkids I saw whales jumping through hoops, bears riding bicycles in a tutu, elephants doing the two step, monkeys riding dogs, etc... And they gonna think it's the wildest shyt ever.
This bytch got mad at me when I didn’t go to the Georgia aquarium with her. I explained how fish are not supposed to be in a small ass space like that when there natural habitat is much more vast. Then was like imagine you being in a fukking box and can never leave, and people get to look at you for amusement. That bytch said I was weird. Safe to say we don’t talk no more.
I watched the documentary black fish and I completely agree with their anger. It's terrible what they do to those animals, the mother whale crying out for her calf. They stay together their entire lives.
Some zoos and aquariums do a lot of work for animals in the wild and use proceeds to help orphaned animals. Zoos and aquariums give people familiarity with animals so that they are more likely to support conservation efforts in the future.
And before you say that shyt would happen regardless of if zoos existed or not think about it. Would you give a damn about keeping rhinos from going extinct if you never saw a rhino before? People care about elephants because they've seen an elephant.
