The lyrics
I hate to sound cliche, but you just have to power through that stress. The older I get, the more I look back a laugh at how stressed I was in school/work/etc. That time passes fast and you just HAVE to be stressed (and remember that this is temporary) to get the objective completed.
After, you can relax and feel accomplished.
