She sounds amazing live too. Most of these girls don't sing live or perform like Bey either. That's why Bey is at the level she is at.
She gives you beauty, aesthetic, dance, the songs, a live voice that sounds just as good as on record/sometimes better and performance.
A lot of these girls just have good songs.
Like Rihanna has good songs and an aesthetic, plus she is beautiful. That's why she is where she is. She is not a singer. She is not a dancer. But she can sell albums and people want to see her. We are also exposed to Rihanna's personality and I think people find her personality addictive.

Rihanna is definitely a better singer than Mya, this coming from a huge Mya fan and someone who usually picks vocal talent over performance. I liked Christian Aguilera over Britney Spears even tho Britney was undeniably the better performer.

Rihanna can't dance but she has a broader vocal range than Mya. She's also sucked at her lives more because of this and attempting to sing songs that she'd only sound good via studio. Mya has better control but she also has a smaller/weaker voice as well.

Overall, I don't really care to say one is better than the other to put them down, I loved Christian Milian's untalented ass but Dip it Low and her visuals were

Yeah.... I'll say this much about her, she works HARD. That's hard work to get up there, sing live, dance and stay on point. It takes a lot of work hard, practice and exercise and discipline. She works her ass off!

I don't know if there's ever been a woman who's thrived more off her looks than Jennifer Lopez.

Horrible actress outside of Shades of Blue (that's a good show that doesn't require her to try so hard without coming off unbelievable) and a shytty singer.

She had some hits but vocally her voice ain't shyt either lol.

But yeah, she got the looks and can dance.

Aaaliyah wasn't a strong singer like Beyonce' but like Janet, she knew how to still vocally shine on her songs. Both her and Janet have whisper like vocals. They good so long as they stay in that register cause vocally they can belt out their notes like a Whitney, Mariah or Beyonce'.

Beyonce can sing obviously, but to me, she fails to really invoke emotion in her songs. Like I don't "feel it" for some reason. I don't know. She be singing, but only now and then do I really "feel it" like she singing like she really mean it. You know what I mean?

Like when I hear Toni sing "Unbreak My heart", I feel it. She sings it like she means it.

Same w/ Janet on "Again". Even tho she ain't wailing, you feel the emotion she coming w/ on it. Like it comes from a genuine place. Like she ain't just doing through the motions when singing. When in contrast, I feel like Beyonce' don't put elbow grease in her singing.
