Don't you start that.

You already know how I am.

.....But Yes, Sir. :francis:

You're a beautiful soul. I hope everything goes very very well for you. Sorry that you have to go through this.

I second this. from my mother to dumbass bytch who was supposed to die at 8 but us still alive at 26 to make my life hell I've known many people that have gone through these and always make it back. I don't know @Imperfect Perfectionista but everyone here loves so I'm pulling for you as well.
:salute:

dikk Gregory said something this morning that makes so much sense....

That because black women are not the normal standard of beauty (not having white features) that our men in a way are not allowed to call us beautiful but use other adjectives such as strong to describe us...but will refer to his car as "beautiful"...

Then he asked why that doesn't bother us? The answer is we can't truthfully answer that with out seeming disingenuous.

I believe that the whole I'm a strong beautiful woman is a front for social media these days. I'm not ashamed of my body or the melanin in my skin is just for likes and shares.

We as black people have been brow beaten into believing that we are ugly and undesirable... But who started it?

We continue to run with the whole "Suge Avery you shole is ugly" frame of mind...

We need to be our own kind of beautiful and ackcnowledge each other for the beauty we all possess.
