:dwillhuh:

I'm sorry to hear smh.

It's really sad.

I see little kids running the street hustling all the time. I seen a kid he's bout 12. He had more money in his pocket than I made in two weeks at one point :usure: lil bad muthafukka. But I know he's a good kid deep down. Just no guidance. A lot of people give up on their kids or never even fukked with them to begin with.
My parents loved him. He was a good kid who turned bad because of his environment and maybe felt some way because didn't have anyone. His older sister had her own kids.

I feel helpless sometimes.

The youth needs guidance. Hell young adults.

I remembered when I cussed out a manager at work and got to keep my job.

So this 19 year old girl was gonna fight this other co worker but before she was gonna do it she asked will she keep her job like me?

I realized right then and there that she was always watching my actions. And tho I'm only a few years older than her she really assumed she could fight, not go to jail and keep her job at the same time.

We had a good talk and she wind up not fighting. She always asked me about a lot of things like credit, jobs, schooling, and what she should do and she almost dropped outta school because she was 19 and felt too old to finish.

Sometimes people are watching when we don't think they are. We truly have to be the examples. Talking is bullshyt.

This chic tryna get me to move to where shes goin to med school at this summer or she'll stay in FL for me:damn:

Ion wanna be responsible for this.
If she still staying in FL will she be attending medical school?

Anyways tell her don't be silly and to go do what she needs to do. To put the icing on the cake you tell her how smart, proud, and some other great adjectives so she can keep it moving.

She shouldn't give up on her schooling for nobody. Besides who gonna help her pay them got damn loans back :childplease:

Damn kids killing each other back to back.

15/16/17...

Seriously where are their parents? What are they involved in to even need so call "revenge"? How do these fukkin kids even get those kind of problems where you wanna kill a muthafukka?
shyt I was 8-9 years old when I was on some revenge shyt. Thats when I got into my dumbshyt.

That's funny but sad.

Most of my jobs have been At-Risk Youth related. I've worked for the City (Parks & Recreations) and at a Youth Community Center as a Recreational Leader.

Our minds aren't fully developed until our early to mid 20s, so kids and youth are bound to make many mistakes. So many don't have anyone - parents/guardians, teachers, or even other distant relatives who care. A lot of times a stranger will do more for them than their own family.

When kids and youth love you, they love you though. It was hard to leave those jobs because they all got attached to me.

They also forced me to not be so negative/moody/grouchy about whatever I was dealing with.

I love kids.

I always wanted to do community service jobs.

But I had a lot going in, in my personal life how could I help them?

I knew when I applied for CASA to volunteer and they did my interview to see if I can handle the cases and I was damn near in tears in the office. I hadn't faced my own demons at the moment and haven't went back. Due to my new job I can't do it because of time.

You can always go back if only to volunteer
