Some NOLA people really showing their asses.
This Harvey situation is bringing out old wounds.
We know some Houston people didn't give a fukk about us.
We know some Houston people thought we were criminals and were ill informed.
We know we weren't received well in Houston.
We know some Houston people looked down on us.

Houston and NO have a long motherfukking history of getting bedazzled by fukking storms. Houston ain't more than 50 feet above sea level..the hell nikkas talking about "Now they know what it feels like?" when I got OG folks who can tell you about having to swim fukking streets after the Hurricane in '61? This fukking new generation..
South LA and South Texas always had a special relationship because when one gets hit then usually the other gets kicked in the nuts..transplants in Houston was on that bullshyt primarily.

My point of stating that is WHOMEVER was being negative towards NOLA people during Katrina can now feel what we felt.
It doesn't make sense for NOLA to be thinking or feeling evil for people in a tragedy. I think it's so petty and unbecoming.
I don't know if it's this new age shyt but everyone wants fukkin attention and want to compare tragedies.
Yes, some people in Houston were a$$holes.
But like anything in life things can easily happen to you and they are experiencing what we experienced. Instead of being childish we need to open our city up like they opened theres. (Hopefully we can if we don't get flood waters ourself again).
