Getting off the employee bus and I see 2 female coworkers.
One goes
"Hey we're having a BBQ at ___ house"
I'm like "OK cool"
And then the other one adds on "you bring the meat"

Put condo on the market Friday, had a few viewings while out of town during the weekend. Got my 1st offer, at asking price and straight cash homie. 
But the timing they requesting is ridiculous. Would have to close and move out in a month, and possibly spend 6 weeks living with inlaws.
