What's funny is that I was going to speak to my manager about moving up to senior and bumping up my pay because I do more development than analytic work. Then they hit us with "refocusing priorities and being more budget conscious". Then the farewell emails started lmao! Umm never mind.

Do you have any BA experience? If not start perusing through some job descriptions and tailor your resume around that. The jobs are plentiful too. Do you know SQL? If not Khan started teaching it recently if I'm not mistaken. That's another buzzword you can have on your resume as well.

I don't even search for jobs by title only by software or programming language.
