My grandfather offered to let me use his VA loan to buy a house. I told him naw but he's dead ass serious and told me that we need to put it to use before he dies. .

I really want to do it. He has a 800 something credit score and really good credit so I know I would get the house I want but, we aren't planning on buying until 2017 when we move to AZ. If he can wait until then, the money we are saving for the down payment and closing we could break him off a big chunk because that would save us a ton not having to put it towards the house.

I finally did today, more so to see the reaction, it was priceless and paid dividends for how much of an a$$hole I felt like, but it also made them feel like idiots for feeling like they should just interrupt my morning (and personal space) assuming I'll be their personal photographer.
