Not sure what to think about having these the top officials (Officer and Senator) in the crowd. I mean it's Florida, who knows, they may be one of the good ones. Don't care much for this group. It has to be a particular style of death metal for me to fukk with it.

The officer was said to be a fan of the group and requested the song “Dechristianize“. The band complied with his request, having him help open the track by shouting “let the killing begin…”—a decision which given the police of America’s recent problems, will no doubt be misinterpreted by someone. Frontman Brian Werner said of the set:
“So last night was quite intersting, we had Augustus Invictus who is running for United States Senate in the crowd last night. Then 2 on duty police officers come in and walk up to the stage and says’ Will you please play Dechristianze?” I said only if you sing Let the Killing begin…….”

Cop got arrested ... I feel like there's a lot worse cops do.

Man I forgot, I've been getting my form back in Muay Thai. On wednesday I swept somebody, my friend went to kick me, I grabbed his leg smoothly and tapped the back of his foot, he melted like butter, I didn't expect it, just stood there like



this is a sweep

and I've had my flow on fleek, and my combos are starting to get a bit more creative.

I don't watch MT or Ju Jitsu on tv, I just practice it and in the meantime learn, which I think helps me with my creativity and finding my own style, while adapting from others.

Then I was timing with someone else, I let him get in on me as our ajarn said we should work covering up too. he was working his hands then went to put his foot up to kick me and I blocked it with my knee against his knee and he was hurt and was like "I gotta sit this out".

But I remember now when I went to that MT seminar and the other ajarns and grandmaster chai was like "I cant wait to see him kick somebody" and "he's got knees, he'll do some damage with those". Got me thinking dang give me a couple of more years of training and then some clinch game looking proper

But let me stay humble and still work on developing myself.

honestly im not good at having these huge thought provoking threads. im better with a post here or there. most of my posts have been rehashed articles. ive had one lucky thread. even though it was something someone else talked about months ago. im not perfect but fukk it. i wont be pessimistic about my conversation skills.
