Real Estate won't let me be great. Dope little 2 bedroom sitting on a half-acre ,dead end street, a tree house , large deck, gas stove...all that shyt. We go to look for the door/steps to the basement and that hoe is nonexistent . LMAO! had to go outside to get to the basement, which was pretty nice in size. So I'd have to add a set of stairs. I'm starting with $115,000, house is valued at about $150k and the neighbors look like they keep up their properties.

Will do. I think you'll be able to find something fly but you'll just have to fix it up. I think you should try to network with some contractors in the mean time and even get one to go with you on showings if possible. Helps gauge the scope of work.

I had the experience of hittin the nightlife this year.

Next year is about saving and acquiring the necessities needed to be stable in life.

I almost fell into that "ATL lifestyle" of keeping up with the joneses but all it did was set me back.

What is that? I watch one dedicated hour of television per week and that's Scandal. Other than that it's HGTV but only in the background or for half a show.
