I need to stop sleeping on my sofa...I haven't slept in my bed in 6 weeks. When I get my new sofa I won't be sleeping on it. My current sofa is like 8 or 9 yrs its time for a new

Parents, don't send your children to the banks to get loans,especially for houses. Try to get in a financial position to loan large amounts of money to them. You can still get payments as if you were a bank, the only difference is if your children default, you keep ownership of the house in the family. If they borrow money from a bank and foreclose, the bank gets ownership of the house. I'm going to make that one of my long term goals.
