“Even losing has its benefits because it teaches the lessons that lead to winning. There is wisdom gained through retreat. There are lessons in having to go back and regroup. When setback, our energies become more focused in preparation for the next battle when we take the time to study why we erred rather than focusing on the resulting error. As long as we do not take retreat, regrouping and making mistakes as outright defeat, we are winning. When this becomes clear, when we accept that victory is our only option, we can truly recognize that there are no losers among warriors. There are only learners on the way to mastery.”
