So I found another place I liked, but it's bank owned so I'm not sure how the offer process goes. The Broker I plan to affiliate with told me that we're searching for this home as if I'm my own agent so she will give me the commission from the purchase and I can use that money to get all my real estate stuff jump started.

I took the test last week and passed one portion but failed the other by two questions so I'm retaking it tomorrow. The good thing is it's only 35 questions, the test told me which sections I missed questions from so I was able to narrow down my studying and I think I will do well. I hope so anyway, I don't want to pay another $61 lol
