Left Oregon got to Iowa 2 days early thanks to good weather. Had to sit for the night and started moving as soon as the sun came up. Left Des Moines and shot down to Memphis to make a drop off (if you in Memphis and you enjoying snacks at a movie theater, you're welcome).

Now I'm sitting here making calls and waiting on info that could have me at home a day early, meaning I could be home tonight! I got about 4 hours sleep in the last 24 hours and It's only a 10 hour drive, I can do that in my sleep. (Not literally). Just gotta stop in Oklahoma City to turn in this fukking ticket and grab some paperwork.

I can see the finish line of this marathon.

Off topic but I watching a documentary on the integration of college football and there was clip by H. Rap Brown that said "Let me tell you one thing about the Honkey...you give him an inch, he'll take a yard, you give him a yard and he'll burn a cross on it everytime, you better watch them". Sometimes I feel that way about some whites. Not they litterally burn crosses anymore but you'll be burned some other type of way. Racism is still so alive and well but I do realize that not every white person is bad.

Thank you. Making sure my family straight is my main motivation for everything i do. If they can enjoy the fruits of my labor and don't have to worry bout nothing. Then I'm happy.

Finally watched the Cocaine Cowboys documentary last night on Netflix.

A Nukka just had his performance review. Got a 2.4% raise, while the budget for the company was 2%. And they tried to make me feel good about it. "You got a higher raise than most people in the company"

Got a slightly below target bonus
What's the point of setting bonus targets and payouts at the start of a performance period if you're just going to switch it up RIGHT BEFORE THE PAYOUTS?!?

Anyway, rant over. The fact that I'm blessed to have a job I love and paid very well is not lost on me. But I want that money.
