For the people that have passports; I have a question. On the line that says " when are you leaving/ coming back? There maybe a possibility I move to Europe; but it's not set in stone; but I want to get the " ball" rolling. Can I skip that part and send it in?
Had to take yesterday off for this home inspection and dentist appointment.
My house going to be so beautiful. Seller sold me a furnished family room for $500 (mounted TV, sound bar, leather couches, and ottoman) cuz he don't feel like moving it.
795 credit score got me a 2.75% fixed
How much are you putting down?You save faster. For instance if you both put in $500/month, together you two are saving $1000 per month. So say you need $5k, as a couple it takes you 5 months, by yourself it takes twice as long.

Still gotta pay PMI for 2 years tho, but it won't amount to much. It's Alot of house, big enough to raise our family and have long term guests. Might be last house we ever buy unless we relocate.
I understand what you're saying too but I don't think this is a horrible idea if both people are on the same page. Being able to agree on combined finances is really a huge hurdle to overcome in a relationship, imo. I know married couples who say shyt like "I paid my half". smh.I understand.

I have a similar issue. Main is Ugandan but she doesnt want any more children since she has 2 from her previous marriage.
Promised a baby to the COsta Rican chick i used to date. Then again i made the same promise to this dominican close friends of mine i used to fukk with. I also promised my sperm to this american chick in San Diego too. I really need to stop letting these chicks use me as their doomsday baby sperm donor
