Insurance company said me and my girl might get sued by the driver she hit while drunk

Never thought things would get that bad. If they win some crazy judgment I'm literally gonna be broke for life

Wild shyt. I'd for real overdose on something on purpose if I didn't have a daughter

$25000 its my insurance. She was driving my car. She got DUI.

If we have to come outta pocket I might just have to declare bankruptcy.

I used to want new clothes and a nice crib but now I just wanna stay with my folks and handle my biz. I'm fukked up.

i was in a car accident back when i lived in VA

it was in the morning when i was headed to base

there was heavy traffic
this dude jumped lanes and got in front of me and slammed on the brakes

and made me run into him

dude car had zero visible damage
my car had none

i was in my army uniform and dude was a civilian who worked on base

i could see dude scheming when he got out the car





my insurance paid his car repair which was like $200
basically to repaint a fake scratch

but this nikka was suing



i ended up moving to texas
and the court date was after that

my insurance was gonna fly me back for court

but they settled with dude for almost 15k



15k for $200 in damages

this nikka racked up thousands in medical bills tho
to back up his scam
and got away with it


but my insurance paid him tho(Nationwide)

then they jacked up my rate
but i jumped ship to USAA
and my shyt was way cheaper than i ever paid

i got hit when in college and pocketed 3k settled with dude's insurance
plus got my car repaired (1500)
and got my father paid to use his truck while mine was in the shop
and i racked up over 5k in chiropractor bills and emergency room

so i think it was karma for me getting over

I cant believe I just spend 2 1/2 hrs at 1 furniture store and left with nothing, now I have to go back. I know what sofa and recliner I want, but cant decide if I should get this coffee table, go without a coffee table, or get an ottoman. Cant decide if I should get an end table to put in between the sofa and recliner or just call it a day and get one of those tall lamps. I dont really see people using end tables that much and coffee tables just take up space. Atleast if I get an ottoman its easier to move and I can put my feet up on it. I hate being so indecisive when it comes to things like this

get an auto injury attorney after an accident. go to the hospital, stop working for some time (if you can afford it), get therapy, pain killers, rent a new car, etc. the insurance co will be forced to pay for everything if theyre found liable.

I'm finishing up my therapy sessions in the next week or 2. (I was in legit pain tho)
