I ended up making off better than I thought with home purchase. My portion of the rent where I'm at now was $855 and that's exactly how much my total mortgage payments will be when I round up. The only additional bills I gained will be for cable/internet and the water bill.
so tired...i only got about 3+ hours of sleep last night...came back from watching the showtime boxing card plus gambling at Foxwoods Casino..woke up and now spent some more money to go see a PBC boxing card at Barclay Center...its a blessing to being able to indulge in vices like this 
now to figure out accommodations and stuff...i may fukk around and use airbnb...for any who has used it what has your experience been like?
