I will never understand the appeal of dogs, especially keeping them outside. There are several dogs outside in various yards, and they are barking nonstop. How can anyone stand the sound of a dog barking all the time. Imagine sitting in peace in your home, and all of a sudden hearing a loud ass bark. And I absolutely dread ringing someone’s doorbell, and hearing a dog barking. But I’d you’re going to have a dog, let the dog live inside. These people have these dogs outside chained to cages or a house all day, and I think it’s cruel. And I don’t get the point of having a dog if it’s outside.
