If you’re a woman and like vanilla fragrances, Nest’s Madagascar Vanilla is such a sophisticated and delicious scent. My God!! Also, can get the scent for less with the Sand + Fog dupe- Vanilla Musk found at TJ Maxx/Marshalls/TK Maxx/Winners. Sand + Fog got me in a chokehold with their perfume oils. So good for such a great price!

I do hella push ups with no problem but these burpees are kicking my ass. I doesn't make sense to me. All I'm basically doing is standing up between push ups.
Burpees are supposed to kick your ass.
keep doing them but think it would be a good idea to watch some youtube tutorials on how to do burpees in proper form. Theyre good for cardio.

Sex trafficking and sex related crimes are what the feds/homeland security/alphabet boys are going after now and for a minute. 
and theyre going after everyday people too. Sex trafficking is a HUGE umbrella too. Theres a lot of people who are going to get exposed too because a lot of people are involved in that shyt. Just seen an article of some minister and his wife being charged with sex trafficking.
I would suggest to all you folks doing illegal activity to read up on how a conspiracy indictment works. Be careful who you associate with. Drugs, sex, anything thats could be considered illegal.

All this "programming" and these programmed ass people and "programmers" saying the same stupid bullshyt, have to wonder, how many people are speaking from their own heart and mind and not reguritating what they heard what how many people have said already?
Found a better place near my old neighborhood, right across from my son’s doctor and they have a kids playground which I never come across. Hopefully they have first floor spots available by November when we move.
