I do hella push ups with no problem but these burpees are kicking my ass. I doesn't make sense to me. All I'm basically doing is standing up between push ups.

Burpees are supposed to kick your ass. keep doing them but think it would be a good idea to watch some youtube tutorials on how to do burpees in proper form. Theyre good for cardio.

Sex trafficking and sex related crimes are what the feds/homeland security/alphabet boys are going after now and for a minute. and theyre going after everyday people too. Sex trafficking is a HUGE umbrella too. Theres a lot of people who are going to get exposed too because a lot of people are involved in that shyt. Just seen an article of some minister and his wife being charged with sex trafficking.

I would suggest to all you folks doing illegal activity to read up on how a conspiracy indictment works. Be careful who you associate with. Drugs, sex, anything thats could be considered illegal.

Found a better place near my old neighborhood, right across from my son’s doctor and they have a kids playground which I never come across. Hopefully they have first floor spots available by November when we move.
