My coworker is a complete chatty patty. He is always hearing something and sometimes, maybe most times, I think who he heard it from is his damn self. Cause man ain’t nobody told him shyt! He loves to hear himself speak and speaks confidently about stuff that he is completely wrong about. Sometimes, I’m puzzled as to how he even comes to certain conclusions.
Perhaps it’s because I’m getting older, but I can’t help but be combative to both dimwits and midwits.
This job is completely wearing me out between coming in Mon-Fri (often here 10 hours), being completely bored during 9 or so of them hours, doing stuff that wasn’t in my job description that I shouldn’t have to do, and being surrounded by both dim and midwits. I don’t know how I worked in-person jobs back in 2021 and beyond. This shyt is exhausting. But, it won’t be like this for long.
