So, I'm at my boys' daughter's high school graduation party last night and these kids have music blasting.......but no one was dancing to it.

so I offended my co-worker. A bunch of us are sitting around and the new girl is complaining that no one is giving her work. She mentions she isn't strong with SQL and I tell her the majority of the work is SQL coding, so that's why she hasn't been getting any. I then mention that another issue with management is not hiring people with the correct skill set and that they should have hired someone will expert SQL skills. Well she got mad about that.

Her manager is about to leave, his last day is Friday and the other woman she works with is pregnant and will be out on leave soon. Apparently she's not as impressive as her resume and when they give her work she has trouble completing it so they cut her out the equation.

Well telling her the truth is the best you can do. She should be thankful so she can improve her skills instead of being immature and getting mad.
So I am delivering for Amazon Flex today and killed the route in half the time, as usual 
. Usually my routes are in nice neighborhoods (Rockville, Potomac, Kensington). I'm near the end of my route and go to this house with like a million doors. I finally decide on one and luckily I picked right. Normally I drop and go but a dude came to the door and he was a lovely Black man
with a beautiful smile 
. As he's cheesing, I confirm that its his name on the package and hand him the package. As I am handing him the package he tries to hurry out the door and close it behind him and just as he begins to start up a conversation his little snow bunny pops her head out the door giving us the stare of death 
. I give him the 
chuckle and make an about face and keep it pushing. I admit I was little disappointed but 
. IDK what dude was thinking trying to mack when he knew his girl was in the same house. Men I swear.
