hmmm.. your urine can change colors depending on what you're eating. meaning how hydrated you are and if you're taking any medications. so if your urine is blue or green you need to go get that check out by the doctor.

if your pee is yellowish clear then you are well hydrated and healthy. so you're good. however if your pee is clear like water it means you have too much water in your system and too much water is not a good thing. now instead of going the gallon of day route, why not drink a half a gallon instead of a gallon? health experts recommend to drink atleast a half of gallon a day.

in my situation since im working out I drink a gallon because I'm lifting weights and doing different types of cardiovascular exercises. so I sweat a lot and lose alot of water. glad that you're taking up this challenge and once you completed your goal please tag me and tell me how the results went.

Breh, I've set about 10 glue traps over the course of the last few months and none of them caught anything.

I don't know what it is but these mice don't even bother with the glue traps, they just get ignored.

its all about placement, its not about trying to entice them into the trap. if you;re serious about this, pick up a portable blacklight. you'll be able to see their dirty ass piss trail they leave all over your house. place the glue traps in corners, cabinets, wherever you see the urine trail. dont buy the cheap kind either, spend some money and get the real deal

Putting away some papers made me realize I need to clean my file folder. Maybe even get a new one since it's got a rip on it. Gotta go thru it and throw away any old bills or documents that i don't need anymore. Don't want to throw away any old tax documents or car stuff just yet. But still need to clean out some stuff so I can fit new papers as they come in. Should also do some drawer cleaning too. Get rid of any old junk that i won't be using. Off Tuesday and Wednesday so I'll likely do everything then.

Don't know why I'm hearing fireworks tonight but I guess people think it's a weekend long celebration so they can shoot fireworks any day. Just like trick or treating on the 30th.
