Well damn. I threw the peanut butter in the bushes and went with some good ol cheese. Reset the trap and came down about 5 minutes ago to see the trap went off but the cheese was still in there. fukker got away again. 
Tied the cheese to the trap with some q tips so the mouse will have to pull on the trap to get it.
Even though I got ethered again I can see some progress being made. I just need to tie that bytch down tighter to the trap.
