I try not to get into all the "Cc'ing" people silliness, but I emailed this EA twice about setting up a meeting with the SVP of Ops, finally my SVP was like CC me and the SVP of Ops and email her again, now after a week of you not replying to my emails, you all of a suddenly put the meeting on my calendar talking about your system was down? For a whole week? No the fukk it wasn't.

Now I see why people do all the cc'ing the boss shyt, clearly folks are lazy as fukk unless their manager is watching.
