I actually told someone about you the other day. "Yeah my friend is renovating a house, I can't wait until he's done". Meanwhile in my head I'm like "I hope they don't ask where I know this guy from".

i wish it was just renovating. i'm demo'ing, excavating, laying new foundation and completely rebuilding from scratch. this shyt is already taking forever and i'm just getting started

When are they supposed to be finished?I've been straight actually. I'm feeling better now that the weather is warmer because I was in a funk for the last few weeks. Nothing like a little sunshine to bring out the happy in a person.

well at this point i am in the process of receiving approvals to begin demo.
my CM, architect and site engineer are almost done preparing my package for submission to the town which contains all the construction diagrams for the new house. once the town receives those it can take them 1-3 months to come back w comments and/or approvals/rejections. i would say i should be able to begin the actual building process at some point this summer. then from there it could be another year or so. the whole thing is
. but yeah hopefully at the end all the stress and sweat is worth it.and yeah i totally agree, this weather has definitely helped my mood swings. good to hear you're keeping up w your fitness and runs though.
