God bless some people. Just heard this story on Dave Ramsey where this couple was at least 12 months behind on their house payment and now in foreclosure. They owe about $9000. So they go a tax refund of $7000 and instead of paying off the house, these fools pay off student loans. 
Now they want to borrow from their 401k to pay off the house. Ummm you HAD the money...in hand.
