These new salary rules change alot at my old job.
They made it mandatory to work minimum 110 hours every 2 weeks during the season but being a salaried employee meant they aren't eligible for OT. Imagine working all those hours yet your check is the equivalent of working 80 hours with a $14 pay rate.
I kinda hate I'm not there to see this all play out and watch them try and squirm around paying employees their fair share.
