Half of the time after I brush my teeth and start gargling with mouth wash a tiny food particle is knocked loose and it freaks me out. Why didn't it come out when I was brushing, I spend at least 90 seconds brushing, this shouldn't be happening. If I didn't use mouth wash I'd have food in my teeth all day.

I floss after popcorn, candy and other food that gets stuck in your teeth. If I'm not eating those types of foods, I just don't understand why brushing well twice a day doesn't get the job done.

You clearly proved why flossing is necessary after "regular" food. Flossing also supports gum health and removes tartar from your gumline....but you enjoy stank breath, gingivitis, and food particles

I just looked it up and your supposed to spend 30 seconds on each quadrant of your mouth. Guess I gotta step it up.

I love it and the timer helps as well. You can also invest in a waterpik which is $50-$60 and it's supposedly the better way to floss your teeth. My periodontist suggested it to me.
