@Phoenix Reborn Update?
So I feel alot of things right now, its pretty crazy when I sit back and think about it all. My mood definitely dips and rises alot so I'm not sure if this has been a week of good mood or if its the supplements.
I feel like its probably the supplements because 1) it kind of makes me feel the same way I feel when i've taken some of my sis's adhd meds but at a lower frequency. The same systems are there also minus the lack of appetite and increase in sweating. But my heart def races a bit faster, I'm more positive as far as over all out look in life and I'm a bit more out going and personable.
2) I'm sleeping easier and better, I fight with not just going to bed earlier because I feel like I'm missing out on "me time" I've notice I'm able to come home, relax lay down and actualyl go to sleep at 10-11 without feeling like I'm "wasting time" or missing out on something.
I got to thank you for mentioning this tho, I think it's going to help me out in the long run. I don't really feel like I'm floating at the same time i'm almost there, there is a difference that I can't deny. And I also haven't taken them consistently as i should have.
I've been taking holy basil in between when I eat and I feel like that actually gives me the biggest umph.
So over all A 8/10 for me
