The recruiter I had the phone interview on Friday sent me an email yesterday just stating she passed my information along to the manager and if she decides to interview me she will be in contact. I'm assuming if he doesn't decide to interview me I will never hear from her again lol

If I don't hear anything I will circle back with her after the holiday but I'm really excited about this position. It's for an engineering company and it has more of a career path than what I have hear. Like i've had conversations with my manager and the company I work for and while they feel I will become permanent( at some point), I don't really see any direction. Just working on a task by task basis.
