Once the season changes over to full spring, I'm going to get super dark again because I'll be about just about everyday :ahh:

I have some scar tissue on my lumbar so it can easily get agitated when I run aggressively. I was doing sprints earlier.

I'm kinda loopynoff these pills though. I thought a person was in my room and it was just a shirt hung up on my closet door.

Thank goodness I started doing yoga stretches last year. I would have been like you if I didn't :whew:

ive done Pilates for about 3 years but stopped. scar tissue builds up for people who lift a lot. The body needs rest. I might take a week off and get a professional massage.

Thankfully I'm not lifting like that
Keeping it dumbbells, cardio, and leg exercises. Gotta keep that all-around build :blessed:
