Between overtraining () @GinaThatAintNoDamnPuppy! @The ADD last night on legs...this ECA stack killing my appetite and me not sleeping as much, I'm going home early today to crash...I'll be back to 100% tomorrow.

Going to hit shoulders/arms tomorrow, back on saturday (trying to redo my new PR of 405 x 3 on deads), and chest on sunday.

That is the worst. I am about to have to force myself to eat more

@Kant plus, to add on sex for alot of people sex isn't just physical it's also mental and emotional connection with someone. It's my main reason why I don't do casual sex because if I have sex with you that means I'm really feeling you and want you to be my girl. That emotional connection is no joke for some people out here
