Yea that's what my moms is happy about at the moment. Caught all us by surprise at first we was all like "was that a fukking gunshot?"
Then them nikkas pulled off ignoring the red light chasing after the other car.That's the plan....we just waiting it out letting our 90 year old grandma live out the rest of her days then we out this mufukka. I know @Paradise knows my situation but if I never shed light on it, I've been staying with her for the past 6 months or so now cause I was not feeling the idea of her being in this house alone, plus taking care of her bills and stuff. She trying to give me the deed to this place once she pass, but I honesty don't want it. Tired of this city.

Is your grandmother ill? If not she could live well into her 100s, you never know.
