figuring out what's good enough is the tough question... im sure that majority of stuff released now in PC's are great for running gamecube at least but that's as far as I'd stretch it

A basic laptop that nowadays comes with Intel integrated graphics probably is all you need. You won't be emulating on some 4K shyt but it'll get the job done emulating old ass ps2 games
