I understand, I was seriously thinking about the impact of something like that though. Especially if that was their reason behind the many killings. It would let people know that they aren't nothing to fukk with and probably give them the respect that a human being should have. But, at the same time probably strike fear in the hearts of many and probably have them wonder how many else feel the same way.
