i just came out of a presentation with senior management and my contractors about my specs on streamlining a certain process I handle and building an IT solution....i kilt it 
...gave me praise on it being well thought out and more importantly the green light and budget to get busy...that will be a big part of my manager goals for the year being satisfied..im on that road to get that 5 digit bonus (after taxes) at the end of the year
